Chemtrails – More Corporate Deflection onto Climate Science?

Since the clear blue skies during lockdown, I’ve seen many people posting a “tippex sky” (Sonia Poulton) of aeroplane trails criss-crossing the skies. In my mind, any true story creates a complete picture with its components fitting together like a puzzle.

How do we gather information? It becomes difficult when facts are drowned out by the din of everyone’s opinions. These tended to be stated with strong certainty today, even though they may be a step away from mass media and be filtered through a “thought leader” with a moral or political bias. This can be unconscious and stem from relying on authoritative voices with hidden agendas.

How do we sort facts from the chaff?

Let us look at community notes on X, Community Standards on Facebook and Fact-Checkers. They tend to say “false” or cry misinformation and they do not inform us of facts. What are the lines criss-crossing the sky? They are tight lipped. The secrets are being kept. What if these secrets were revealed? Very difficult when even journalists are saying the are “the climate hoax”. Very convenient for governments and corporations working for profit.

An example of deflection in Community Notes on X saying they are clouds.
Instead of explaining that the spraying is to get rid of rain, the “Community note” patronisingly just says “They Are Clouds”

Yes, propaganda is all around us. We need to distinguish facts backed by solid evidence or provable facts from opinion, however ‘professional’ the person delivering this opinion.

Unfortunately, someone seems to be funding direct lies dressed up as “fact checking”. They ought to check for facts. Where are your facts? If you are a fact checker, what facts are you using? This blog shows one prime example. “No, this is false” is opinion, not fact. The public in general latch onto a story but rumours and speculation tend to fill gaps in the information landsape.

Corporations are very good at deflection

If you have seen the film The Trick, you would recognise a process by which bona fide scientists working for public interest get discredited via hackers who select emails or words out of context to destroy research in the interests of profit. This is called Tobacco Tactics, as used by Big Tobacco before they were exposed in the late 1990s for lying about nicotine being addictive.

Today, many smokers still blame themselves for not being able to kick tobacco, rather than acknowledging that nicotine is an addictive substance and to find out how long it would take to be free of the addiction. No industry such as pharmaceuticals, sugar, junk food or alcohol want people to know that their products are designed to be addictive and conflicts of interest with official healthcare cause unlimited harm.

If governments and the press are not there to provide the correct facts but to, in fact, deflect attention away from hidden agendas, corporate greed and corrupt capitalism, then this bit of corporate deflection from the BBC shows how it’s done on 31 Jan 2018. Was this funded or is this what BBC journalism looks like today? It has not found the story. Why are contrails in the sky on a sunny morning? Why do we notice them on a sunny day with a haze, not a cloudy day? Are they getting rid of the rain? Are they interfering with the attempts of climate researchers and nature to save the planet for the sake of profit?

On holiday recently I noticed the sky was criss-crossed with trails from aeroplanes. The arbiters of censorship on social media and, if you’ve asked it, AI flatly deny geo-engineering as a ‘conspiracy theory’. Notice the language control there. “Conspiracy” is two or more people working together to do bad or harm. Just by calling someone a “conspiracist” you are discrediting them for recognising that ‘acting alone’ would always be found out, which is why criminal investigations pursue patsies or scapegoats to convict for the crimes of conspirators.

The Trails left by Geo-engineering

Yesterday on X someone posted a meme about employees at Spain’s Meteoroglogical agency admitting that ‘Spain is being sprayed nationwide by aircraft that are spreading lead dioxide, silver iodide and diatomite through the atmosphere’.

“Fact checkers” such as the Quint jumped on it with a shut down “no, they are not”. Whereas in fact, in 2015 yes they were. However, many people have been influenced by corporate or capitalist propaganda to believe that their enemy is climate science and not corporate greed.

When you read on, you would see that: “The objective is to keep rain away and allow temperatures to rise, which creates a summer climate for tourism while benefiting corporations in the agricultural sector.” Not only could this have contributed to temperatures in Spain over 40degrees Celsius over the last decade but also, could this have led nature to increase rainfall to reduce the heat, which went over 40 degrees celsius in the United Kingdom for the first time in 2022?

Yes it is very important to get the story straight

We must get the story straight. Therefore, yes there are chemtrails. Yes there is geo-engineering. Did Paul McCartney pay to have sun guaranteed for a wedding? The pieces are fitting together nicely. In 2015 – the same year that European Parliament asked the question about preventing rainfall in Spain to increase sunshine for the profit of tourism and agriculture, people in the UK could pay £100,000 for geo-engineering to ensure the sun shines at an event.

Sudden thought: Since 2017, I haven’t been to a rainy festival. Glastonbury has been hot and sunny in 2017, 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Were there reports of a “tippex sky” over Worthy Farm in June? Could the truth be that corporations are secretly spraying the atmosphere to stop the rain to the extent

“that not a drop of rain falls in over seven months, catastrophic ‘gota fría’ storms are generated, and respiratory diseases are caused among the population due to the inhalation of the lead dioxide and other toxic compounds.”

Question for written answer E-007937-15 to European Commission

Could there be a conspiracy?

Could there be something nefarious going on in the United Kingdom? I’m going on a limb here. Could the European Referendum have partly been to prevent the European Commission from stopping the geo-engineering to stop rain as asked in European Parliament on the 19th May 2015? Press reports that you could pay £100,000 for sunshine in 2015 couldn’t have been convenient.

What is very convenient, however, is the deflection of public opinion. People are sharing pictures of “tippex skies” to lambast climate science. People are speculating that airplanes are spraying to make it rain, seed the clouds and bounce the sun’s heat back out to space, thus cooling the planet.

The governments and corporations, perhaps, conspiring together to increase profits from tourism and agriculture laugh off the claim that climate researchers are using geo-engineering to cool the planet down and even use fact checkers to stoke more speculation by “Community noting” posts about chemtrails attributed “the climate hoax”.

How convenient for corporate greed and the murky side of capitalism that the very force acting against it, climate research, is now being villified by the public. Of course the facts are not revealed as they would interrupt the gravy train.

Therefore, with hindsight, is there anything we can learn? For instance during the first lockdown of 2020, the weather was spectacular? Was this due to the break earth was getting from industry, which pollutes the air? Insects and birds seem to be returning to their natural habitat.

Then “respiratory diseases are caused among the population due to the inhalation of the lead dioxide and other toxic compounds”. Could this explain anything? Was so much spraying going on, causing respiratory diseases that COVID was used as a cover-up. Yes pure speculation. However, things seen together instead of in isolation could help connect the dots.

Here is another 2016 article called Air pollution and chronic airway diseases: what should people know and do? Many people died in 2016, so is there a link to secret geo-engineering to improve the weather? Again, since 2015, the British summer has seen a lot more sun than in previous years.

After all, if governments and corporations want to actually stop “misinformation”, “rumours” or “public speculation” all they need to do is release provable facts.

Let’s just look, for the sake of argument, back at events over the last decade through the lense of fact checkers being funded to censor, shadow-ban and shut down public speculation and silence people for their hidden agenda, not to inform the public with facts. How does it all look?

Finally, let’s look at religion. If someone is susceptible to propaganda (which started from religion) then are they more likely to believe religion? Bible stories probably had a purpose as Shakespeare did and fiction writers do today, drawing on real events to send messages. The process of internalising propaganda and believing in a particular religion might be the same. The authorities of the day tell stories but do not provide facts. All we get is the opinion of various leaders and spokepeople and those who question them are penalised. Religion does not provide information, such as “there was a huge storm in 6000 BC after the warming period following the Young Dryas” but “Noah built his ark to carry pairs of every species two by two”. Ought we to focus on the flood, Noah, the animals or the God who warned Noah to build his ark?

To consider how incorrect information contradicts related facts, I watched The Planet of the Humans by Jeff Gibbs, produced by Michael Moore. It cleverly started criticising the oil and gas industries, earth day and green festivals and car manufacturers for hypocrisy before going to “expose” wind and solar farms. Is this just more to turn the public against climate research?
