January 1st, Friday
Wow, what a year! 2020 could have been the Mayans’ 2012. That was before I knew about the Great Conjunction 21st December 2020. I am optimistic. All corrupt, manipulative and ineffective systems are being exposed. The vaccine is opaque. I have my concerns. Want to see it stop transmission before I try it and see results of women with my DNA and on Levothyroxine. We’re in Tier 3, shops open, hospitality shut. Chintz just opened new cool bar in Falmouth. Had to close. So lucky got my 50th birthday in St Ives with 5 good friends, not a big expensive party. Dreams, swimming, generally good.
January 2nd, Saturday
Dreams were fatigued and voice not heard. Thought Sunday all day til evening when Jessica came over and said Saturday. The 3 mon musketeers went to Porthleven. I put a clothes wash on and read up on Covid vaccines, flu and politics. Read articles via Twitter. Evening painted stones, had red wine, mead, Champagne and gin and tonic.
January 3rd, Sunday
10am alarm. Pete called. Heard crunch of feet walking in Seville. Had trouble finding words to say app idea needs context to do anything. To use approach write up 20,000 words, choose for blogs. Set publish date find publisher. Talked about NYE people dressed up on own and hard to mix people in room and those on Zoom. Thankful had 50th as did with 5 friends and not alone in London this last year.
January 4th Monday
Dream related to John Yudkin book. I was working at this company. Vitamins, deadlines, in a pub see colleague come in, playing joke about calling number but no one dialling, hid from them. Need to go for walk. Sunny, feeling tired. Good night’s sleep. Woke at 9am to alarm. Groggy woken from dream. Decided to make walk “my commute” so will have breakfast then walk to station and back. Doing this twice a day. May drop store to Jo. Making porridge. Will start writing today. Need to install MS office on new mac. John Yudkin book excellent context. Can see how Dr Andrew Jenkinson borrows from it. Today we are lacking in nutrients in food and it is half problem. Other half is how sedentary we are today.
January 5th Tuesday
Dream gone for the moment. Ie downstairs selling brother helps. Thinking about DIY contract tracing and realised my app idea Nect would allow that. People can see other users on the map, message them, not provide info centrally, ie it works locally, and users can move to other locations. Would have been ideal if done processes on course for it, but maybe it would be over thought. Going for a walk shortly, trying porridge then egg, salmon and greens to see about “complete protein” idea by John Yudkin. Amazing book “This Slimming Business” fits in with all my ideas. I have to rework the emergence of my ideas for blog and quote references but not base ideas on them as they emerged from my own calculations, except the confirmation of carb values.
January 6th Wednesday
Dream. Radio. Guy wants to work on rant bit of show. Ian Padfield (friend) in as tape editor gets half hour funding week, singers arrive, tea, coffee stall in street Italians blow up donations vegetables as protest. Interesting time on Twitter. Replied to Good Law Project’s Moylon Vaughan and a Simon suggested sharing my spreadsheet on press links re covid response, vaccine, anti-body tests, track and trace etc. Showed me how to use Google sheets more and screencast. I can use an app and earn more as a tester now. Plus share processes. Sent DIY contact tracing idea to company in Florida. Someone said spreadsheet was public service. Keep going and never know. Tim Spector says London passes covid peak 4 days ago. Will see if Cornwall lack of restrictions got us there quicker. May show vaccine and lockdown less successful than public interest.
January 7th Thursday
Dream: Market, photo albums, painted stones, driving up hill with John and Robert and Paddy, camping on beach, protein. Still formulating how to write blog on lockdowns letting covid transmit in community and “divide and rule” by creating argument between doubters and conditioned. Last night Trump supporters invaded Capitol Hill in USA to interrupt election results. As a result of whole process, I now understand how American elections work. We also know that people power still exists. We need to unite in UK behind public services and government either supports those or see its end. When government sees people won’t allow or accept corruption, they have to desist. Should there to enact policies and funded as advised by qualified professionals. Politicians are serving money not people. Need clear message people don’t agree. Always be {squiggle]. What is that word?
